Anna is a our HR & Business Development Administrator and makes sure the whole team feels supported. She is a spreadsheet whizz and helps keep everyone organised and ensures each day runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Sophie has been with Gair Homes since 2012. As our Contracts Manager, she oversees our Shield Plans, ensuring customers receive a fast, efficient, and reliable service every time.

Becky is one of our super-friendly team members, always ready to help. She’s quick to answer your calls and even quicker at sorting out any problems you may have!

Tracey

Administrator

Tracey joined our admin team in 2019 and is one of the friendly voices you’ll hear when you call. Always happy to help, she’s here to assist with any queries or problems you may have.

Georgia

Administrator

Georgia  joined the team in 2026 and is one of the friendly voices at the end of the phone. She has a real talent for helping customers, so if you’re having trouble with your boiler, she’s the one to call.

Ethan

Renewables  Engineer

Ethan joined the team in 2026 and brings a wealth of knowledge about renewables. Ethan is an expert in installing air conditioning and heat pumps.  He can keep you home cool in the summer and save you money and energy installing a  heat pump to heat your home for the winter!

Matt

Gas Engineer

Matt has been with Gair Homes since 2013 and has extensive knowledge of various makes and models of boilers. He’s our go-to expert for repairs and breakdowns, ensuring your heating system is back up and running smoothly

Aiden joined the Gair Gas team in 2026. He is one of our installation engineers , and  enjoys fitting new heating systems and ensuring our customers get the most of their lovely new boilers.

Super Mario has recently  completing his apprenticeship with Gair Homes. With a wealth of knowledge,  he is always enthusiastic and  committed to providing customers with top-notch service and support

Fynn joined Gair Homes as an apprentice in 2024. he has recently qualified and is an asset to the team .  He’s dedicated to his role and is consistently the first one in at work, ready to tackle any challenge

Harry joined Gair Homes as an apprentice and has since become an expert boiler installer. With a friendly smile, he’s always ready to help and ensure your heating system is installed to the highest standard

Tyler joined Gair Homes through our apprenticeship scheme in 2021. With a passion for learning, he’s always eager to expand his knowledge, especially in heat pumps and renewable technologies

Keiran

Plumber

Keiran joined the Gair Homes team in 2023. Having worked as a plumber since leaving school, he handles everything from leaky taps to emergency leaks with expertise and a great knowledge

Dom

 Apprentice Gas Engineer

Dom joined Gair Homes in 2026.  He was a student at Toynbee School and impressed the company so much during his work experience,  that we offered him an apprenticeship.  Dom loves learning about all the aspect of gas engineering and is enjoying the practical learning experience he gets with his apprenticeship .
