In October 2025, Andy and Isaac generously volunteered their time and expertise to support the BBC’s DIY SOS project in Southampton. This particular episode focused on helping a profoundly deaf couple with an autistic child who had been the victims of a rogue trader. The family had lost their life savings and were left with a home that was unsafe and uninhabitable.

Recognising the urgent need for support, Andy and Isaac stepped in to assist with the plumbing work during the week-long transformation of the property. Their contribution was critical in helping restore the home to a safe, functional, and welcoming space for the family.

Isaac said “I really had an incredible time and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be involved with such a good cause.”

Their commitment to the community and willingness to help in a time of need highlights the power of skilled tradespeople coming together to make a difference. The episode stands as a testament to the impact of teamwork, compassion, and the spirit of giving back.
